This is the beginning of The Zion Narrows. Chuck really wanted to see it. We were prepared, but the water was 50° and the air was cool and crisp!
The trees down in the canyon were all colors, and absolutely beautiful. We only saw the sun for a few minutes though.

The water in the narrows is so blue-green where it gets deep.

Chuck and I made it all the way beyond the confluence to Wall Street, the very narrow section.

Deb in the deepest part. Thank goodness it wasn't that deep all along. Mom loaned us hiking sticks and we were glad to have them!
